At Brother Bear Fidget Factory, all of our products are 3D printed with care using high-quality, safe materials. Here’s a little about the two main materials we use:

• PLA (Polylactic Acid):
  
• PLA is a biodegradable plastic made from renewable resources such as corn starch and sugarcane.
  
• It’s eco-friendly, lightweight, and perfect for decorative items, fidgets, and everyday use.
  
• While durable, PLA is not heat-resistant and can soften or warp if left in hot environments (like inside a car).
  
• PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol):
  
• PETG is a stronger, more flexible material commonly used for items that need extra durability.
  
• It has better heat resistance than PLA, making it ideal for keychains, practical parts, and items exposed to daily wear.
  
• PETG is also recyclable and widely used in food-safe containers and bottles (though our prints are not certified for food use).
  

By carefully choosing the right material for each item, I ensure that your order is not only unique but also built with quality and purpose in mind.

Production Time

Due to the nature of 3D printing, each item is made to order and can take anywhere from 2–36 hours of print time, not including finishing and preparation. Please be patient knowing that your order is being carefully printed with attention to detail and quality.

As a small business with only a few printers, production times may vary depending on current order volume. If the estimated creation time exceeds 5 business days because of other orders or unforeseen circumstances, I will contact you directly with an updated and realistic completion date.

Shipping

• Orders will be shipped via [insert carrier(s), e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx], and tracking information will be provided once your item is on its way.
  
• Shipping times are in addition to production times and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
  
• Local pickup (if offered) can be arranged at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each product is custom-made to order, all sales are final.

• If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on my part, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  
  
• Once verified, I will happily offer a replacement or refund at my discretion.
  
  
• Returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference cannot be accepted.
  
  

Cancellations

Cancellations may only be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once printing has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Thank you for supporting my small business! Each piece is carefully 3D printed and may have its own unique character. To keep your item looking its best, please follow these care guidelines:

• Handle with care: 3D prints are durable but not indestructible. Avoid dropping or bending as layers can weaken under stress.
  
• Heat sensitivity: Do not expose to high heat (cars, dishwashers, direct sunlight for long periods). Most 3D prints can warp or soften above 60°C (140°F).
  
• Cleaning: Gently wipe with a damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, use mild soap and cool water. Do not use harsh chemicals, alcohol, or abrasive scrubbers.
  
• Food use: Unless specifically labeled as food safe, items should not be used with food or drink.
  
• Water exposure: While prints are generally water-resistant, long-term soaking may cause damage. Pat dry if wet.
  
• Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to maintain shape and color.
  
• Child safety: Not recommended for small children, as small parts may break off and pose a choking hazard.
  

Every 3D printed piece is unique and may show small layer lines or surface variations — that’s part of the handmade charm!
